Next, I wanted to share some pro artist makeup tips to achieving the perfect Valentine Red lips, without the dreaded smearing or mask rub-off!

So first we are going to line the lips with either a clear lip liner, or a nude liner.  This will create a barrier for the lipstick so it won’t bleed outside your lipline.

Next, dap a bit of concealer onto the lips.  This works as a primer and will help adhere the lipstick and keep it from budging.  

Now just grab your favorite RED lip color and apply.

Lastly, you can “set” your lipstick by peeling a tissue into 1-ply and placing it over the lips and stippling translucent loose powder over them.  This will keep your pout looking perfect all night long.
